30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your
mind and with all your strength.
mind and with all your strength.
This is another challenging series for all of us, a challenge to look deep inside us if we truly are worshippers or just doing it for the sake of doing it. We are being challenge to examine our heart if we love the Lord with all of who we are.
True worshippers knows how to come into the presence of God with their entire being, prepared to give thanks and praise to the one they give the highest worth. They don't just come and do their regular routines and seat after singing a few songs. We know that the anointing come from a sincere pursuit of God with all of who we are. As I always say that, God’s answers to our prayer come only after our Amens, and not during our lengthy words. I believed that this can also be true in our time of worship.
One of the greatest fears that I have is that, we will become professionals in playing worship, from playing our instruments, shallow prayer, singing unapplied songs and lead our people to do the same. Anyway nobody can see our heart except God right?
So let us prepare our heart and our church to meet God in our worship celebration.
